I wonder when people write the picture editing do they mean processing the file? There is simply no picture when you do a video photo, none, none, none. Somehow the capture has to be processed into an image. You can make the camera perform a halfway job and that's all you have with a JPEG, or you can take the video picture and transform the image into what you thought and heard, and what the camera really recorded, and it is unseen before you take it.
